How to Ride

DOWNLOAD - Download Jaunt app.

REGISTER - Register your information and choose the best Jaunt ride plan for you. 

UNLOCK - Scan the QR code in the center of the handle bar.

RIDE - Grab your helmet and go! 

END RIDE - Once your ride is finished, please park the bike at a Jaunt parking area, all locations are designated in the app. Park in the designated area and select 'End Ride'. Don't forget your End Ride photo! Fines will be issued if not parked in a designated parking area.

How to Ride a Jaunt E-Bike

1. Unlock & Go
Rides are charged per opened ride in 30 min increments, not as total time. If you switch
bikes or end ride, it starts a new ride and incurs a new ride charge. Please be advised if
the bike is idle longer than 10 minutes it locks for security and ends the ride. If you
would like to stop, try the pause ride button.

2. Multiple Bikes? No Problem!
You can rent up to 4 bikes at once from a single account. Great for group rides!

3. Stay Connected
Bike connectivity depends on your phone’s Bluetooth, Location Services, and internet
connection. Please ensure all are enabled and stable during your ride.

4. Can’t end ride?
Make sure you are in Jaunt designated parking through the app. If your Map or parking
isn't working, simply tap the navigation re-center Arrow in the lower right of the app.
Please be sure you are not blocking walkways when parking.

5. Pre-Authorization Holds
When you attempt to start a ride, a temporary hold is placed on your account. If the ride
is not unlocked, the funds are automatically released within 5 business days.

6. Ride Issues & Refund Policy
Per Rider Agreement Rides are non-refundable. If you experience an issue, or something is broken,
immediately return the bike to a parking zone and submit a help ticket through the “?” in
the app. Please be specific on what was not functional on the bike, we will respond
within 24 hours.
